Innovablast is provided by Innovablast B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands with its seat in Barendrecht.

Who these terms bind

These terms are the agreement between Innovablast B.V. and you.

The service

Innovablast is the website of Innovablast B.V., with information about the company and the products it builds.

We provide Innovablast with the care of a professional provider.

We keep improving the service. We only change features for a valid reason, we announce the change, and it costs you nothing extra.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Innovablast account. Innovablast is not meant for children.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account.

You can delete your account at any time (/legal/account-deletion).

Your content

What you put into Innovablast stays yours. You give us only the right to process it as far as we need to provide the service to you.

Changes and prices

We may change these terms or the service for a valid reason, for example a change in law, a security need, or a new or discontinued feature.

When we change these terms, we tell you by email before the new version applies, with what changes and from when.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Innovablast B.V. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Any dispute arising from them goes to the Rechtbank Rotterdam, the court for our seat in Barendrecht.
