Delete your Innovablast account

You can delete your Innovablast account and the data in it at any time by asking us here.

We confirm through the email address of the account before anything is deleted.

Ask us to delete it

Email info@innovablast.com from the email address of your Innovablast account, with "Delete my Innovablast account" as the subject.

We reply to that address to confirm the request before we delete anything, so nobody else can delete your account. We complete a confirmed request within one month.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete:

  • your account, your sign-in and your preferences
  • the API keys issued to you

What we keep

Deleted data leaves our database backups within 7 days, when the backup window rolls past it.
